The Learning Support Faculty

Here are details about the provision at Sheldon School for pupils who require support with their learning.

We believe that each pupil is of equal worth deserving every opportunity to develop at school. We recognise that a considerable number of pupils will, at times, need extra support and encouragement to make the most of their opportunities at school.

As a school we are committed to doing our best to support these pupils. We believe we provide a very good level of support for pupils because we work closely with parents and have strong links with a number of outside agencies who are able to provide extra help for our pupils.

If you have any questions about special educational needs, or about what we might be able to provide for your son or daughter, including provision for gifted or talented pupils, please do not hesitate to contact me at school.
