ONLINE TRIP PAYMENTS
Please note that paying for a trip on-line is a 2-step process:
1 topping up the card
2 paying for the trip
Remember to complete both.
What to do
Login to sQuid as normal at
If you have not previously registered your child’s sQuid card you will need to do this first – see the box on the right.
Click on the orange “School Trips & Offers” box.
You may top up now or you will be prompted later in the process.
Select your trip by clicking the Select box.
Quantity will be ‘1’.
Click ‘Make Payment’.
If you do not have enough money on the Trip ‘purse’ you will be prompted to top up your card now (in multiples of £10)
NB. You cannot transfer money from your catering purse to the trip purse. Any balance will be saved for future trips
The system will ask you to confirm the purse you are topping up and by how much.
Click OK.
Enter card details as normal
(Note that there is a 20p charge for credit card payments but debit card payments are free).
‘Step 2: Confirm your Purchase’.
Click Confirm.
A confirmation email will be sent to you.
You can see a list of all transactions you have made online at any time by choosing ‘My Transactions’ and selecting the purse you wish to view.
