Any pupils considered for examination concessions are referred to the SENCO and tested where appropriate.
All access arrangements must be a pupil's regular way of working. As such, early identification is essential. Requests for access arrangements very close to final examinations are unlikely to be accepted. If a parent has a concern about their child, it is important to contact the SENCO or Deputy SENCO immediately.
The school's Examinations Officer is then informed of any pupils for whom special examination arrangements are deemed appropriate.
