Sheldon has five catering facilities for pupils to purchase and consume food and drink.
Our menus rotate on a three week cycle and are attached at the bottom of this page, together with the menu for the current week.

We have a biometric cashless catering system in place and pupils purchase their refreshments using their pin code or finger scan. Please refer to the Biometric FAQS document and Biometric Permission slip below for further information.
Our preferred method of payment for catering will be online via ParentPay. However, for those unable to make payment by this method, cash payments for catering will also be possible via a ‘Revaluation machine’ which will be sited in the Refectory corridor at school, pupils will also be able to check their balance here. In emergencies, pupils may borrow lunch money. Pupils benefiting from free school meals have their biometric account automatically credited for easy use.
This is our award winning hot and cold dining area opened by Matt Dawson (ex-international rugby player) in 2011. Pupils may choose from our ‘meal of the day’ or mix and match from the hot food and salad bar.
The Diner opened in November 2013. This gorgeous new facility offers an extended range of hot and cold dining, with a street food theme everyday there is always something to choose from.
Pupils purchase their hot and cold snacks from here; there is a selection of pasta pots, hot wraps and hot paninis.
This outlet allows pupils to buy hot and cold snacks for outdoor eating under canopied areas, in our wonderful rose garden areas or extensive school fields.
This café is situated inside the sixth form common room and sixth form students may purchase hot and cold snacks during the school day.
