Christmas Lunch

17 Dec 25

Our catering team put on a wonderful spread for our annual Christmas Lunch! Over 400 plates of traditional Christmas dinners were served with all the trimmings and very generous desserts! The Refectory was full of cheer as our students enjoyed their lunch while listening to Christmas tunes. Some of our Leadership Team even got in on the fun, helping dish out lunches during the very busy service. We'd like to extend a huge thank you to our catering team for all that they do throughout the year to keep the students and staff at Sheldon well fed!

Today was also Christmas Jumper Day to support or school charity of the year, Wiltshire and Bath Air Ambulance. We were impressed by the great display of festive jumpers and hats from students in all year groups. It certainly helped enhance the merry atmosphere during our lunch!

Sheldon gave me confidence in my abilities and supported my ambitions. Going to a state school has many benefits over private in terms of real-world experience and being friends with a varied group of students. This has helped me in my life since school.
