Sheldon is a great school with fantastic pupils. We are proud of each and every one of them and we hope that you decide that we are the right school for your son or daughter.

what parents say about sheldon

"I cannot believe how quickly my daughter has settled. She absolutely loved camp and is always talking about her new friends and teachers."

"The way in which the older pupils interact with the younger ones is a credit to the ethos of the school. The prefects have been excellent in helping with a successful transition from a small primary school to a large secondary school and everyone always has a smile and a hello."

"When we looked around Sheldon I knew it would be our first choice school. So far it has exceeded expectations. Every single member of staff that my son has met (and he seems to meet a huge variety!) has been friendly and helpful. I always hear how happy and upbeat people are."

"Your sixth formers are a real credit and superb role models. I would be proud if my son leaves Sheldon with their values and standards."

Sheldon gave me confidence in my abilities and supported my ambitions. Going to a state school has many benefits over private in terms of real-world experience and being friends with a varied group of students. This has helped me in my life since school.
