A group of students from Sheldon Sixth Form recently travelled to the University of Worcester to attend a National Careers Week event. During the full day of activities, the Year 12 students had a chance to tour the university and gained valuable insight into their future careers through keynote speakers and specialist information sessions. They were able to select from a wide variety of career pathways including health professions and nursing, sport science and developing athletes, criminal justice, performance, media and design, education and business. We hope this event helped them learn more about potential careers and study options after leaving Sheldon Sixth Form.

The school reinforced my core values and built friendships that have continued to this day, drama gave me the confidence to begin to stand in front of strangers and speak to groups.
