Cambridge Chemistry Challenge
20 Jul 26
Huge congratulations to the Sheldon Sixth Form A Level Chemistry students who received awards for their participation in the Cambridge Chemistry Challenge. Set by an experienced team of teachers and university chemists, the Cambridge Chemistry Challenge is designed to be accessible to Year 12 students, but will take them significantly beyond the syllabus and encourage them to think about science in the way they would at university.
All of our year 12 students did very well in the exam, but four students received scores high enough to be recognised by the national competition.
Congratulations to Aden for receiving the Silver Award and to Florence, Sebastian and Tilly for receiving the Bronze Award.
