Congratulations to our Senior Dance Company who performed beautifully at the regional competition of the Great Big Dance Off in the Wyvern Theatre, Swindon on Monday night. They had a tough heat and came fourth out of 18 schools, beating many independent schools from Wiltshire and the Southwest including Dauntsey's School, Oxford High School and St Helen & St Katherine. This is an incredible achievement for our senior dancers and we are very proud of all their commitment they have shown to dance at Sheldon. We'd also like to give a special shout-out to Zoe from the Junior Dance Company for stepping at the last minute to join the performance.

If you would like to see their performance, save the date for our upcoming Step Into It dance show on 15 & 16 April. Look out for information about how to purchase tickets coming soon!

Sheldon gave me confidence in my abilities and supported my ambitions. Going to a state school has many benefits over private in terms of real-world experience and being friends with a varied group of students. This has helped me in my life since school.
