Visit from Argentinian Students

Northfield School in Buenos Aires, Argentina visited Sheldon School for a morning of bilingual activities with our Year 10 Spanish Students. The Northfield students gave presentations about their school and Argentinian culture. They also brought traditional sweet treats, alfajores and dulce de leche, for our students sample. Students were partnered together and completed a series of drama activities led by Mrs Wilkins and competed in a bilingual pub quiz hosted by Mr Titcomb and Ms Forgas. We'd like to extend a huge thank you to our MFL students and faculty as well as all of the staff involved in making the morning successful, including the fantastic efforts of the site team and catering team. Our students have forged friendships and created memories that will last them for many years to come!

I was head girl in 2015 and loved being able to speak to parents about my time at Sheldon when they were considering where their children should go. Because of how it has shaped me as a person I feel I am who I am today because of my time there.
