We had a blast on Friday night at the Roz Chandler Fitness Clubbercise Night in aid of the Friends of Sheldon School. We raised £380, which will go a long way to help provide enrichment activities for students at Sheldon. We'd like to say a huge thank you to all of the women who turned out on the night to dance, laugh and sweat their way through 90s club classics. And of course, we would like to thank Roz Chandler for her generosity, enthusiasm and constant support of Sheldon School.

If you attended the fundraising evening and are inspired to keep boogying, you may want to check out her regular Clubbercise class held in our School Hall on Thursday nights. For more information about Roz's classes, click here.

Stay tuned for more opportunities to help support the Friends of Sheldon School as we launch our annual Spring Prize Draw next month! FOSS helps fund enrichment activities like the Learning Support Lunch Club and Ten Tors. We help subsidise school trips and also fund outside organisations to visit the school to provide student amazing learning opportunities, like the recent French language performance. Sheldon gave me confidence in my abilities and supported my ambitions. Going to a state school has many benefits over private in terms of real-world experience and being friends with a varied group of students. This has helped me in my life since school.
