Congratulations Insignia!

Congratulations to Year 11 students Elod, Arthur and Ethan, also known as Insignia, who won the Take the Stage competition over the weekend. The battle of the bands contest, held at the Neeld Hall in Chippenham and run by Riverbank Studios, was open to musicians 21 years old and under. They won a festival slot this summer and will continue to play many more gigs--including their own prom!
The band composed five original songs for the competition have been rehearsing after school and at weekends. They are a regular feature of our school concerts and assemblies and two members, Elod and Ethan, will be performing at our Young Musician of the Year concert tomorrow evening.
