Open Evening 2026

Thank you to everyone who attended our Open Evening last month. We had to reschedule our usual summer event due to the heatwave and it was well worth the wait! The cool autumn evening was perfect for exploring the school and engaging in the fun, interactive activities set up by each faculty to showcase what students learn at Sheldon. We loved meeting all of the families that visited us and seeing all the happy faces of Year 6 students that will soon join us at Sheldon!

We'd like to thank all of our Sheldon students that helped out by showing people around the school and talking to visitors about what they love about our school. Thank you as well to the students that appeared on stage with Mr Lynch to share their experiences with families. You all made us so proud as you demonstrated our school values to be kind, be brave and be the best you!

If you are in Year 6 and would like to join us next year, don't forget to submit your application with Wiltshire Council by 31 October--and don't forget to put Sheldon as your first choice!

If you attended the evening, we'd love to get your feedback on what you enjoyed about the Open Evening. Click here to complete submit your feedback.
