We will be running a Reverse Advent on Wednesday 3 December 2025. Please send donations into school with your child to be collected at tutor time. We will then package the donations into hampers to be delivered to families in our community that are experiencing financial hardship, along with local food banks. Last year, our Reverse Advent helped support 20 Sheldon families.

Unlike a normal advent calendar, which typically involves the receipt of something each day, such as chocolate, the focus of a Reverse Advent is on giving instead, with a view to helping people who are less fortunate at Christmas.

As part of the Reverse Advent, we will be taking donations of the following items:

I didn’t realise until I was older that the things i learned weren’t all academic - I was shown how to be a better person and express myself due to some really amazing teachers.
